Insurance Defense
The firm has extensive experience in numerous areas of insurance defense litigation. We have represented national insurance companies in a number of areas such as bad faith claims, premises liability, homeowners claims, psychiatric malpractice, property damage claims, automobile coverage and liability (including PIP claims), policy coverage issues. We have been counsel for several national insurance companies, including The Travelers Indemnity Company, State Farm Fire & Casualty Insurance Company, Scottsdale Insurance Company, Peachtree Casualty Insurance Company, Explorer Insurance Company, Great American Custom Insurance Company and Dairyland Insurance Company. The firm is retained as counsel by the Florida Insurance Guaranty Association on cases throughout Florida.
Landlord/Tenant Law
The firm has an extensive practice in landlord/tenant matters. We represent owners, landlords and tenants in both residential and commercial matters, including apartment complexes, mobile home parks, single family residences, retail shopping plazas and commercial/industrial leaseholds.
White Collar Criminal
Our firm has extensive experience defending the rights of people arrested and accused of state and federal criminal offenses. We handle primarily white collar fraud, civil and criminal RICO, embezzlement, arson, civil theft and conspiracy.
